Refund Policy
At Weekend Offroad, we do everything we can to deliver incredible, safe, and well-organized adventures. Each event requires significant preparation and financial commitment well before the start date, so we’ve created a refund and cancellation policy that’s fair to both our participants and our team.
Participant Cancellations

25% of all registrations is non-refundable.
This portion covers administrative costs, early logistics, and coordination that begin months in advance.
However, this 25% can be applied as a credit toward a future Weekend Offroad event or transferred to another participant (friend or family member) for the same event. -
No refunds will be issued within two (2) weeks of the posted trip registration deadline.
Each event lists its registration deadline on its page. After that point, we’ve already committed resources that cannot be recovered.
Why This Policy Exists
Every Weekend Offroad event involves detailed pre-planning, vendor coordination, and often non-refundable costs we must secure long before you arrive:

Experiences: We purchase food, gear, permits, raffle items, and other supplies based on registered participants.

Workshops: We hire additional instructors, reserve training areas, and coordinate with vendors who provide tools and gear for hands-on learning.

Expeditions: We pre-book campsites or lodging, dining arrangements, and activities (such as side-by-side or kayak rentals), many of which require early payment and are non-refundable to us.
This structure ensures we can maintain our quality standards and keep these events running safely and efficiently for everyone.
Credits & Transfers

Credits may be used toward any Weekend Offroad event within 12 months of the original booking date.

To transfer your registration to another participant, please email us at Oleg@weekend-offroad.comat least 7 days before the event start date.
Cancellations by Weekend Offroad
If Weekend Offroad cancels an event for any reason (such as weather, safety conditions, instructor illness, or unforeseen logistical issues), participants will receive a 100% full refund — including the 25% non-refundable portion.
If feasible, participants may also opt for a full credit toward a future event instead.
