🌌 Friday Night – Optional Early Arrival

• WOR crew will be camping at the Trona Pinnacles Friday night.
• Guests are welcome to join for an early start to the weekend.
• This is an informal meetup — bring your own food and enjoy a relaxed night under the stars before the official event begins.

🌄 Saturday – Event Kickoff

• 11:00 a.m.: Group meetup & orientation in Trona.
• Short Scenic Trail Run: Ease into the weekend with a guided drive through epic desert terrain.
• Scenic Basecamp: Settle into our exclusive Valentine’s campsite.
• Wine, Cheese & Hors d’oeuvres: Enjoy a sunset spread as the desert sky turns golden.
• Dancing Under the Stars: Music, lights, and desert magic.
• Campfire & Desserts: Stories, laughter, and sweets by the fire.
• 📸 Photoshoot Option: Limited to 10 time slots — reserve a personalized session for an additional price. Includes: Evening couple/family photoshoot at campVehicle shoot at golden hour. Edited digital photos delivered post-event.

• 8:30 a.m.: Breakfast (BYO).
• 10:00 a.m.: Official WOR event concludes.

🚙 Optional Extension – Barker Ranch Run (Sun–Mon)

For those who want to keep the adventure rolling:

• Sunday trail leaders will head out for a run to Barker Ranch with an overnight camp.
• Monday morning: Break camp and head home.
• We can take up to 8 additional vehicles on this optional extension.

• This portion is not an official WOR event.
• Vehicles must have 4WD with low range (4Lo) to participate.
• Participants must be fully self-supported with fuel, food, water, vehicle maintenance, and recovery gear.
• We can only take 8 vehicles, please inform us if you wish to join
